Scope Of Work/Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with potential customers, initiating conversations, providing product knowledge, and addressing questions to generate interest.

- Brand Awareness: Actively promote the brand through face-to-face interactions, ensuring high visibility and a positive image within the community.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and generate leads, encouraging customers to learn more about our services and transition to sales channels.

- Data Collection & Reporting: Record feedback from customers, including insights on customer preferences, and report findings to help improve sales and marketing strategies.

- Event Promotion & Support: Assist in the setup, execution, and promotion of local events, pop-up activations, and street campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.

- Target-Oriented Performance: Achieve and exceed daily and weekly interaction goals, customer acquisition targets, and event participation metrics.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with customers, creating long-lasting relationships that benefit future sales opportunities.

- Expectations - Education: Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience), with a degree or diploma in marketing, business, communications, or related fields preferred.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to approach, interact, and engage with a diverse range of people.

- Self-Motivated: A proactive and energetic individual who can work independently and stay driven to meet goals and targets in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors and adjusting to different environments, weather conditions, and customer needs.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other team members, sales, and marketing departments to meet collective goals.

- Customer Focused: Enthusiastic about providing a positive customer experience and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, retail, or sales is an advantage but not a requirement.

- Familiarity with basic marketing, promotional activities, and lead generation techniques.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple interactions and events efficiently.

- Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and continue to engage potential customers.
