Job Description :

SOL Brand Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and promote our services to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Present SOL Brand Solutions' services and solutions persuasively to prospective clients through effective communication and presentations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support business development efforts.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

- Represent SOL Brand Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure successful execution of client projects.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA fresher.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
