Sogo I-Tech Solutions - Executive - Sales (3-7 yrs)
As Business Development Sales Executives, individuals will work closely with customers to grow and promote the IT Services and Solutions of Sogo I-Tech Solutions, LLP. Business Development Executives are the first line of contact with all new customers and establish, maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer base.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- To sell the company's products/services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects.
- To recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients.
- To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients.
- To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits
- Identifying the Market Potential and Generating Proposals in Various Customers.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
- Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required.
- Researches market requirements and market data.
- Coordinates company staff to provide exemplary service to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.
- Submit regular customer visit plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up.
- Arranging sales visits with prospective clients
- Giving product demonstrations.
