Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding challenges faced by SMEs and contacting them with the proposed solution
- Drafting emails for lead generation
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of solutions
- Generating leads for our software solutions using innovative sales strategies
- Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products/services
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer requirements to make suitable recommendations based on customer's needs and preferences
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with our company's products and services
- Conducting follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads.
Job Specifications :
- Prior experience in business software / SAAS sales
- Graduation or Post Graduation
- Willing to do Business Meets/Online Demos.
- Self Motivated and driven by targets.
- Has inclination for IT/Software Sales/B2B Sales.
- Must be enthusiastic to learn new things.
Salary & Experience :
Minimum experience of at least 2 years in IT/Software Sales/B2B Sales (preferred).
Salary Package for this position: 3.00 - 6.00 LPA (Negotiable).
