- Resolve Email Queries of Customers / Partners.
- Respond to Live Chat Queries.
- Update the CRM with Details / Action Taken.
- Following up on Open Issues to Ensure Resolution
- Intract with Global clients.
- Understand their requirement and suggest best plan as per their needs.
- Solve their query.
- Provide support if they face any challenges.
- Help them in understand our product.
