Software Sales Manager (4-12 yrs)
- Acquire new business through aggressive sales calls, up-sells, appointment setting and cold calls with potential customers (Enterprises / Small Businesses) in web & mobile solutions.
- Sell company's solutions, demonstrate an understanding of these products and articulate the value of those products to customers.
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills with flexibility, resourcefulness & proven ability to work as part of a diverse team. Vibrant, energetic and focused with a high degree of versatility, creativity, commitment and optimism.
- Communicate with clients on Needs Analysis, Delivering Proposals.
- Negotiate contracts / rates while keeping customer ROI and the Company's rate integrity intact.
- Execute the 5-Step Sales process which includes:
1.Plan & Prepare 2. Evaluate Needs 3. Build the Solution 4. Present and Close 5. Follow Through.
- Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.
- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.
- Interfacing with clients for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
- Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Qualification : B. Tech / BE / MBA (Preferred)
- Experience : 3-4 years
