Jobs & Responsibilities :
1. To identify profitable business opportunities based on the analysis of potential profit margins, timescales, and competition
2. To develop and maintain a lead generation plan
3. To deliver a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities through various prospecting means including research, networking, cross-selling, cold calling, exhibitions, partnerships, etc.
4. Responsible for costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering.
5. To negotiate contracts / SLAs that achieve company objectives
6. Offer account management support to the senior sales team for existing accounts
7. To ensure the highest possible conversion rate of new leads into confirmed new business
8. To identify and report on market trends, competitor activity, customer demand, buying process developments, and other relevant market intelligence
9. CRM Management
Required Skills :
1. Must have experience in Business Development in IT Services. (Mobile & Web) preferred.
2. Must have handled international clients.
3. Experience in proposal writing
4. Confident enough to do international Client Communication using emails, chat, audio, and video call, Skype call
5. Knowledge of Hubspot CRM.
6. Excellent expertise in Sales for the projects as IT Services, Web and software Services, Website Designing, PHP Development, iPhone and Android mobile application, etc. to clients.
7. Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow up, proposal writing.
8. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
9. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
10. Analytical and time-management skills
11. Up-selling and cross-selling skills
12. A flexible work schedule
