SoftSages - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) fresher, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in business development by learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and client relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct US market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate lT requirement through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Communicate effectively with US clients to understand their Staffing needs and present our services accordingly.
- Responsible for End-to -End Recruitment cycle
- Responsible for Placing IT candidates in appropriate companies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical background only
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office /MS Excel
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
