Job Description:
A Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing company's social media marketing strategy. This person will develop and manage the company's social media presence across all channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing. They will have a deep understanding of how to use social media to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales. They will be creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box to develop engaging content that resonates with the company's target audience.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
2. Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content that resonates with the target audience
3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
4. Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
5. Collaborate with other teams, such as the marketing and customer service departments, to ensure a cohesive brand experience on social media
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the company's strategy
Qualifications :
1. At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
2. Proven track record of successfully implementing social media marketing campaigns
3. Strong understanding of how to use social media to engage with customers and drive sales
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
