Job Description: 

Cambay Consulting is looking for a highly creative digital marketing professional to lead our marketing function. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing operations. You will help grow our brand, increase brand loyalty and awareness.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B environment

2. Good knowledge & Understanding of various IT services (Cloud and Digital Transformation, D365, M365, Azure, etc.)

3. Minimum of 6-7 years of digital experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing all marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

4. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

5. Social Media Management - Design, build and maintain a social media presence.

6. Website Management - Drive traffic to the website, regular content updates, website analytics- working experience on WordPress.

7. SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, and LinkedIn Marketing

8. Google Analytics - Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and Analytics.

9. Content Writing - Outstanding content writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

10. Working knowledge about Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, or other marketing automation tools.

11. Webinar and Events Management: Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

12. Identify the latest trends, insights, emerging technologies and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

13. Drive content distribution on Cambaycs.com, blogs, online sites and contribute to all internal and external communications.

14. Support execution of key go-to-market strategies and operational plans for marketing and solution.

15. Participates in the solution development process and identifies, creates solution plans for assets and frameworks in collaboration with practices and solutions teams.

16. Create sales and promotional content; drive the creation, development, and maintenance of necessary collateral such as capabilities brochures, white papers, presentations, messages documents, and contributed articles.

17. Strong knowledge of demand generation through the design and implementation of marketing campaigns.

18. Knowledge of Marketing Automation - Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or others is good to have.

19. Experience in handling PPC, CPC, CPA campaigns with Google Adwords and/or LinkedIn Ads (one who can develop, execute, CPA Marketing Campaigns for the Software/Product Engineering Services industry and optimize digital campaigns via paid search/AdWords, display/retargeting and paid social advertising channels)

20. Manage creation of campaign landing pages, banners, blogs, articles and other digital marketing assets as needed

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Proven experience in the field of marketing with excellent communication skills.

2. Quick learner, ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines.

3. Preferably from IT/ITES or technology companies

4. Qualification- Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Marketing Communication, Media, Advertising, with a major in Digital Marketing.

5. SEO Certification will be added preference.

6. Experience creating the Google AdWords campaign structure and running the ads to get the maximum conversions

7. Measures and reports performance of AdWords campaigns
