Softgrid Computers - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Should be able to generate International leads through online portals, upworks,guru, people per hour.
- Find new target customers (LinkedIn and other social networking websites).
- Identify key contacts needed for the project.
- Perform Primary and secondary source research.
- working under a Senior Sales Manager and being involved in the lead generation process.
- Business development in the international market.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
- Ensure follow up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Required skills :
- MUST have an understanding of Online Bidding platforms like Freelancer, upwork, guru and PPH etc.
- Must have very good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficient in understanding project flow and obtaining the requirements of the clients.
- Preparing presentations and proposals, and writing details to handover projects to the development team.
- Must have the ability to complete the project on the given time frame.
- MBA/PGDM with Specialization in IT or BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA Freshers who wish to grow ahead with the team are welcomed to apply.
