- Strong knowledge of the Central and Sate Govt./ PSU/ Autonomous bodies.
- Strong high-level customer management relationship
building, especially working with executives in lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Sales of IT products and solutions (Hardware/software/solutions/projects- O365, Azure, sharepoint, licenses, cloud services/ cisco and other OEM product and other IT services like AMC, FMS).
- Focuses on larger deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management, and selling a range of IT Solutions.
- Sales for IT Projects, Networking projects in the government verticals.
- Focus on large sales opportunities requiring creative solutions. Domain knowledge of business processes of Government vertical etc.
- Works with management to develop future business plans; independently determines methods for achieving plans.
- Builds strong professional relationships with key IT and business executives.
- Responsible for billing & Collection process including Invoicing.
- Manage, monitor and close loop revenue checks and controls.
- Government tendering procedure should be known and worked.
- Able to close orders on Rate Contracts (NICSI /DGS&D)
- Understand buying pattern of Government process.
