Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients using a provided contact list or database.

- Introduce and explain the company's services to prospects, generating interest and securing meetings.

- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.

- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions or information.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.

- Follow predefined scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business and loyalty.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and customer feedback.

- Conduct surveys to assess customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

- Draft and send emails to prospective clients, design compelling email templates, and manage mailing lists.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
