Job overview :
We are looking for a competitive Independent Inside- Inside Sales to develop IT sales, and attract new clients. The successful candidate shall source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing revenue by managing, negotiating with clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects, and managing the sales of services.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect identification through cold calling/email marketing - LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
- Create sales pipeline and hand- off qualified opportunities to team lead
- Provide a professional competent phone and online interaction with global customers especially with EMEA, US prospects
- Generate leads which should lead to meetings/demos.
- Follow- up calls, email to prospects and take it to satisfactory closure
- Idea of Schedule appointments and meeting for management & marketing personnel.
- Communicate and articulate clearly with the clients (in both verbal and written English).
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM like Hubspot, zoominfo
- Possess ability to assess customer sentiment at all stages during the communication, to take the lead in understanding client needs, and to organize subsequent interactions, follow- ups with supervisor
- Keep sales tool updated with all prospect details and important notes
