- Key duties and responsibilities Customer care Executive
- Answering Inbound Call from Customers, Clients.
- Delivering professional and expert Customer services to our Customers and Clients
- Responsible for the day-to-day assigned work.
- Ensure and fulfill service requests from clients by manning the telephone, email and other communication systems.
Qualifications :
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- 12th is mandatory
