Sodexo - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - C2G - Merchant Relations (4-7 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing relationships with the key stakeholders in the territory assigned.
- Regular Tele servicing merchants, understand and resolve issues.
- Should have track on competition.
- Generate revenue through value deals for beneficiaries.
- Monitoring Issues & Leads coming from Systems and resolving the same in stipulated time.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Deep understanding of Merchant Acquiring business
- Managing strategic partnerships with key/local merchants - Retail Industry
- Driving all activities of the Acquiring lifecycle - Merchant Sales, Servicing, Planning & Strategy for revenue growth
- Ability to cross sell
- Driving profitable revenue through value deals etc.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good English Language Communication & Presentation Skills
- Can Speak Telagu
- Good written / verbal knowledge of local language in the market
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
