Mission: To handle new client acquisition - acquire SME clients by way of tele/ web sales
Key responsibilities and activities include:
- New client acquisition - acquire SME clients by way of tele/ web sales
- Achieve sales, volume, revenue and profitability targets
- Lead qualification: Verify inbound/ database leads accurately
- Convert an assigned prospect portfolio via tele/web sales
- Manage all aspect of sales - establishing connect, Introducing Sodexo services, probing, query handling, negotiations and closure
- Data reporting - timely reporting and updates client-related data on the CRM system
Profile
- Graduate or MBA with 3-4 years of Tele-Sales experience
- Should be proficient in selling concepts/services to corporate. Experience of selling in MSME segment will be preferred
- Candidates with experience in logistics/ BFSI industries will be preferred
- The candidate should be able to qualify the data for list of prospects allocated to them
- Must possess excellent communication in written & spoken English
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office and use of Analytical software (CRM tool)
- Must be able to prepare proposals and handle negotiations effectively
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects effectively through Web/Telepresence
- Probing skills to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Analytical mind - she/ he should understand data/ numbers
