Sodexo - Assistant Manager - Customer Relations (5-7 yrs)
Client retention - ensure that the portfolio of clients is retained along with a high Net Promoter Score
- Ensuring periodic orders from the portfolio of clients
- Managing all aspects related to the clients - timely payments/ queries on card loads/ activation/ new card orders etc
- Cross-sell/ upsell newer solutions to the portfolio of clients
- The job holder will establish, own and manage customer relationships focusing on driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Success in this position requires strong customer service experience along with the ability to set and deliver on revenue targets
Data reporting - timely reporting and updates client-related data on the CRM system
