- We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales. Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Identifying and qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Conducting needs analysis and explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately recording customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a telesales executive or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be an asset.
