Sodel Solutions - Executive - Corporate Sales (2-5 yrs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
- Participate in events to help promote the corporate program
- Work with the operations and tech team to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives
- Follow up on leads generated through research and promotional events
- Target new and existing accounts for new business by using his/her contacts within the industry
- Build and Implement short and long term sales plans
- Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up
- Managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and quarterly results
- Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (in any field. Bachelor's in Marketing or management is a plus)
- Extensive client network and database of HR managers in organizations
- 2-5 years of strong sales experience
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
