Sociomonkey - Business Growth Associate - Sales (0-2 yrs)
The Business Growth Associate will solicit orders for services by smartly identifying prospects, contacting prospect customers and persuading them to avail our services.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
-Responsible for contacting leads and identifying potential clients through various online and offline platforms and formally maintain & update a well-documented database to generate business. She/He is responsible for the detailed extraction of data with respect to potential clients and their businesses.
-Follow an industry-specific pitch according to prospect clients to support lead conversion. Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together a high-quality sales pitch.
-Business Growth Associate will call prospective customers, Meet them in person and persuade them to buy services by following a prepared sales pitch in order to schedule potential sales meeting.
-Ensure effective follow-up in accordance with the client until the meeting is scheduled.
-Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all potential sales records/files available digitally and maintain the confidentiality of any document/ data with respect to the client and our company.
-Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's.
-Maintain and uplift the company's Brand Image.
-Must ensure confidentially of data with respect to any client and Sociomonkey
-Complete delegated tasks within deadlines ensuring that the guidelines by the Supervisor/HOD are followed. Requirements:
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
