The Product is a SAAS Based Security, Facility and Payment Management System for the Residential Housing Corporations. Has tremendous potential for Housing Corporations and Security Agencies.
It is a simple tool to manage Societies at the tip of your fingers with a Smart Security Function as the primary USP . From Users to Residents to Administrative to Local Services, all on One Platform connecting Local Community.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Account Manager -
- Handle all Clients across the City, be it Residential Housing (Point to Point Sales) or Security Agencies (Point to Many Sales)
- To ensure implementation of the Complete SAAS in a community (Residential Housing), with eventual increase in No. of Downloads.
- To make sure all problems, addressed by the team in NO TIME, raised by the Residents / Security Agencies / Members of any community.
- Plan and execute Marketing Activities/campaigns to bring about customer engagement inside societies and to create awareness about the usage of Digital Equipment for better security and Facility.
- Share Updates and new Activities initiated by the Team towards Marketing / Product Development / Technology for the betterment of the Community.
- Payment Tracking and ensuring Balance between Sale and Potential Customers.
- Conducting Regular meetings and maintaining long-term relations with clients.
Whom we are looking for:

- Willing to Hustle 24 x 7 and not looking to work a 9-5
- Willing to work Weekends, long Days as and when required.
- Should have good English Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to Travel across the City for Potential Customers and Sales Pipeline.
