SocialPilot - Manager - Social Media (4-6 yrs)

SocialPilot is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media networks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and execute innovative social media strategies. If you are passionate about social media, have a knack for creativity, and are skilled in using tools like Canva and scheduling platforms, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, India, and might require occasional domestic and international travel.

What you will do

1. Strategy Development and Implementation:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support marketing and sales efforts.

- Align social media strategies with business goals and marketing campaigns.

2. Content Creation and Management:

- Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

- Schedule and publish posts using social media scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

3. Community Engagement:

- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.

- Monitor customer reviews and manage online reputation.

- Foster a positive community and add value to the user's experience.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Generate insights and create reports to make data-driven decisions.

- Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators.

5. Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

- Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.

- Brainstorm and execute new and creative ideas to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement.

- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to inform and refine strategies.

6. Advertising Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns.

- Manage budgets, targeting, and performance analysis.

What are you like:

1. 4-6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools.

4. In-depth knowledge of best practices, algorithms, and tools for each social media network.

5. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns.

6. Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.

7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
