Social Media Specialist - Google Adword Certified (5-9 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Curate relevant and engaging content to reach the target audience.
- Design, create and manage online promotions and Facebook ad campaigns.
- Become the face of the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
- Implement a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews and ratings.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Skills Required:
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
- Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques.
