Social Media Specialist - Enterprise SaaS Vertical (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an all-rounder social media specialist with a background in working with tech/B2B SaaS products for our omnichannel retail product suite.
Equal parts strategist, communicator, and analyst, as a Social Media Specialist you will play a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life across social media channels, by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, and managing projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and others
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyze competitor activity
- Undertake audience research
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to illustrate content
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in a similar role at an enterprise SaaS company, or a growth marketing agency serving enterprise SaaS companies
- Proficiency in English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
- Deep knowledge of social channel best practices, social publishing tools, and social listening platforms
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics to analyze key social media metrics and action data-backed strategy across platforms
- Visual storytelling capabilities and experience
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Research and detail-oriented mindset
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent team working, collaboration, and networking skills
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects/campaigns
- Interest in startups, SaaS, business and technology, awareness of SEO and social media fundamentals
- Background in tech, e-commerce, and/or retail is a plus
