Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company and goals.
- Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and
infographics, specifically catered to each individual market and target audience.
- Manage and maintain the casino's social media profiles on various platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, and any other emerging platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, analyse competitor activity, and identify opportunities for the casino to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and promote its offerings.
- Stay up to date with current sporting and any related events in all casino's markets to create engaging content to ensure the company's social media strategy remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media channels.
- Engage with the community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions across all used platforms/channels.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders with performance metrics, pain points, issues, and conclusions to either improve or overcome obstacles hindering improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably in the igaming industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community management, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the gaming industry and an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the online casino market.
