Job Description
Title: Social Media Specialist
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Location: Bangalore
Role And responsibilities
- Strategize content and manage social media calendar and execution across platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. in order to grow follower base and manage high community engagement levels across platforms.
- Achieving platform-specific targets and generating monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Copywriting for social media posts, videos, ads and other Marketing collaterals.
- Creating and shooting video content as a content creator in-house for reels, posts and stories to engage with followers and increase reach.
- Work cohesively along with internal stakeholders and agencies.
Requirements :
- Bachelors/ Post-Graduation Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Excellent fluency in English, flair for language
- Experienced in content writing, copy writing and visualization for social media
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar industry or niche
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to track and measure performance metrics.
Additional Information
Type of Role:-
1. Full Time with 6 months probationary period
2. 5 Days a Week / Day Shifts Only
3. Hybrid setup, (3 days-WFO + 2 days-WFH)
