Social Media Role (4-9 yrs)
Position : Social Media Specialist
Location : Bangalore/Delhi
Job brief :
- Social Media Specialist will be responsible for scaling properties across multiple SM channels namely Twitter, Facebook by creating original text and video content to deliver on relevant KPIs such as followers, engagement and others.
- Besides social media, knowledge of website level optimization such as web design, SEO, etc will be a big plus.
Responsibilities :
- To grow social media accounts of companies, high profile individuals especially Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Koo.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Set up and optimize brand pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (Content, Editorial & sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of proven working experience in growing social media properties for companies/individuals
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Expertise in using social media analytics to improve engagement and other critical parameters
- Ability to research, analyse and apply necessary inputs is a must.
- Video and image editing skills will be a plus
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Excellent fluency in English, Hindi. Fluency in any south Indian language will be a plus
