Social Media Role (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, while ensuring consistency with the brand voice and values.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster meaningful online relationships to build a loyal community.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to align social media content with marketing goals and campaigns.
- Paid Social Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve targeted ROI.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and content creators for potential collaborations to amplify brand presence.
- Social Media Calendar: Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure regular posting and timely campaigns.
