Social Media Professional (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Handler to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, tailored for each platform.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including responding to comments and interacting with followers.
- Schedule and post content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools.
- Track social media ROI and report on the performance of campaigns and posts.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to ensure our brand stays ahead of trends.
- Run paid social media ads and monitor their performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging and relevant content.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using image and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on social media performance.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
