Social Media Optimization & Content Creator Role - Finance (2-7 yrs)
Role Description :
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate content ideas, and share after publishing that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Implement different strategies to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Required skills :
- 2+ years of work experience required in SMO content writing
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Experience in digital marketing and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to create engaging content
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Experience with social media management tools
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
