Social Media Marketing Specialist - FMCG (4-12 yrs)
We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The Social Media Manager will administer the company's social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes but is not limited to:
- Deliberate planning and goal setting.
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
- Content management.
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
- Cultivation of leads and sales.
Duties :
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, including :
1. Developing relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
2. Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written).
3. Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a - social- way while cultivating leads and sales.
4. Conducting online advocacy and opening a stream for cross-promotions.
5. Developing and expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
6. Overseeing design (ie: Facebook timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
7. Managing efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitoring online reviews and responding to each review.
8. Analyzing key metrics and tweaking strategy as needed.
9. Compiling reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
- Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective.
Requirements :
1. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
2. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
3. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
4. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
5. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
6. Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
7. Fluency in English
