The Job
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
Social Media Management :
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
Community Building:
- Foster and nurture online communities by engaging with followers and industry influencers.
- Implement strategies to grow the company's social media reach and audience.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Regularly analyze social media performance using tools and platforms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on social media metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay Informed :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Social Media within Media & Entertainment industry.
- You have working knowledge of content creation
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
