Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager (Trainee) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital media platforms, creating engaging content, and leading a team of 15 interns. This is a trainee role, and during the internship, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in social media management, event coordination, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all digital media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
- Content Creation: Write engaging blogs, posts, and promotional content tailored to different platforms.
- Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute digital and physical events to boost brand visibility.
- Promotion & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to promote the brand effectively across digital channels.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of 15 interns, ensuring task completion and skill development.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to content creation.
- Interest in digital marketing and event management.
