Social Media Marketing Expert - Internet/eCommerce (2-6 yrs)
The ability to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers and competitors. Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and a deep understanding of using social media channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management to help in increasing the page reach, followers & Sales.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Linkedin etc.).
- Create & manage Social Paid campaigns & promotions for eCommerce / Online Shopping products to acquire and retain customers.
- Analyze, review & create Report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
- Planning, managing and executing all digital, social media projects and relevant activities with the highest levels of quality, within designated timelines.
- Working closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) and be the go-to person for all current and future social media projects.
- A smart marketer who can connect dots on various groups- forums, threads to engaging customers and drive brand creation would be a good fit.
- Conducting regular analysis and help develop effective and robust digital, social media plans for the brand.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of social media marketing roadmap.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. A track Record of successful campaigns/relationships with min 2-3+ years of experience in managing strategy & planning for brands in a digital agency (Preferred) & have the ability to take it through to execution.
2. Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and a deep understanding of using social media channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.
3. Excellent people skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
4. A heavy user on digital and passionate about social media.
5. Excellent planning and execution skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
