Grow Your Staff is looking for a Social Media Marketer & Content Writer for a Digital Services Provider in the UK. The position is a remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be working from 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST (i.e., 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM UK time) Monday - Friday

Experience required : 6-10years

CTC : INR 4LPA - 12LPA

The client is an Authorized Payment Institution, facilitating secure and fast payments for individuals on a global scale. We offer a plethora of payment options such as Direct to Bank, Cash Pick-up, mobile Money, and Instant Account Transfer.

Responsibilities :

- Create and update website content across the homepage.

- Create and update website content.

- Monitor website SEO efficiency, and performance and be creative in developing new growth mechanisms.

- Develop and edit informative, highly engaging, and concise content for our website and social media platforms

- Work collaboratively with Content Manager, graphic designer, company executives, and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and present ideas for ongoing content development

- Support executive team in the development of social media strategies.

- Monitor key marketing metrics and track omnichannel marketing campaigns.

- Create and implement a content marketing roadmap including email newsletters, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media channels.

- Assist with customer service managing incoming support tickets and responding (with supervision from the team).

- Assist with PR activities including influencer relationships, brand collaborations, and channel partners.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communications or equivalent

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO

- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented

- Good multitasking and organizational ability

Prior experience in the following areas :

- Creating content for websites and digital campaigns

- Overseeing ideas from inception to launch

- Taking feedback to create solutions that maintain the integrity of the ideas
