Skills Required :

Must Have (otherwise please don't apply)

- Well-versed and have a deep knowledge of at least one sport, other than Cricket.

- Create images, GIFs, videos, memes, etc. based content using basic design tools.

- Have past experience in social media posting. Keep your portfolio ready.

- Work timings : Mon-Fri : 3 PM to 12 AM IST; Saturday half-day

Responsibility :

- Manage and grow social media handles such as Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, etc. through viral and engaging content.

- Engage users through regular conversations around various sports and contests.

- Constantly track the performance metrics and take self-initiatives to improve them.

- Talk to influencers across the social media platforms to do promotions & collaborations.

- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.

Role Details :

- Selection process : Assignment and Interview rounds (2-4 rounds)

- Designation : Marketing Associate

- Location : Remote (work from home) or Bangalore (work from office)

- Remuneration : Rs 30K per month (negotiable)

- Full-time contractual role, with possibility of converting to full-time employment based on performance over 2 months.
