The Job:
- Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans to enhance brand awareness.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential leads through targeted social media outreach.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Use LinkedIn networking and direct outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- To call the generated leads to move them to the next step and get them on a meeting with Sales team.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM with relevant details.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Social Media within IT and Digital Marketing Industry.
- You have working knowledge of Email Marketing
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
