Social Media Manager - Media & Entertainment (5-6 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Growth Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the Media and Entertainment (M&E) Industry industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies.
2. Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
3. Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos).
4. Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies.
5. Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
6. Run social media contests and campaigns.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
8. Optimize social media ads for maximum ROI.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, PR).
10. Report on social media performance and provide insights.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in social media marketing.
2. Proven track record of growing social media presence.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
4. Excellent content creation and curation skills.
5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.
2. Certification in social media marketing (Hootsuite, Facebook, etc.).
3. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
