Social Media Manager - Internet/Online (7-14 yrs)
A Social Media Manager is responsible for maintaining an engaging presence of various brands, on popular social channels. An ideal candidate should be able to conceptualise crisp content to increase engagement across social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Managing social presence of brands, by being responsible for content published through various social channels
- Retaining and improving channel viewership by developing a good understanding of products, market and customer behaviour
- Incorporating SEO keywords in the content being published
Qualification :
- Candidate must hold a management degree in marketing, from a good institute
Experience :
- Relevant experience of at least 3-4 years is required
Mandatory Skills:
- A knack for understanding brands/products/services
- Good knowledge of customer segmentation, global markets, behaviour/insights
- Possess an expertise in managing various social media platforms
- Familiar with basics of SEO
- Flair for short form content writing
- Experience in customer service channels will be a plus
- Should be a good team player
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Ability to convey the desired message in the right tone, to have the right customer interact
Technical Expertise :
- Experience in commonly used social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr.
