Social Media Manager - Digital Agency (4-8 yrs)
We are looking for social media manager role with a digital marketing company in Mumbai & Pune
Exp - 4+ yrs
Responsibilities :
- Manage the website in terms of update & promote the website content on daily basis
- Web Analytics & Improvements : Completely responsible for website analytics and building strategies to overcome the weak areas. Also, work on implementing SEO plan.
- End to End campaign management: Managing digital campaigns for India including planning phase, Execution, Analytics & Reporting, budget adherence
- Driving social media campaigns/events: Working with internal teams to showcase their initiatives/work/events to external audiences social channels & Website. Also, managing external agencies to get the content up on all social channels with the design creative.
- Manage all micro websites/portals: Majorly focusing on Hygiene metrics for all the external portals/websites - Tech Challenge, Tech Fiesta, CSR Website. Overall responsible to measure traffic, analysis and how to get these make most useful from the inbound marketing standpoint. Also, contribution towards improving the performance of these portals.
- Employee Advocacy platform: Own the employee advocacy platform (Brand Champs program) completely and manages existing Brand champs to keep them engaged on the platform. Also, works on New on boarding plan and execute the same along with increase in Brandchamp network. Coordinate with vendor for new enhancement & features from the development standpoint.
