Social Media/Lead Generation Role - IT (2-4 yrs)
We are looking to hire a lead-generation and digital-marketing specialist, with prior experience of working in agencies, who will play a key role in expanding our business identifying and generating qualified leads.
- The candidate comes with a good blend of skills across research, prospecting, and marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Mapping out and setting up a full-funnel ad and retargeting ad campaigns as per client market across different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Google AdWords)
2) Finding, developing and nurturing leads through all social media ad campaigns.
3) Creating and Maintaining Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads & Twitter Ads to generate qualified leads.
4) Creating of well-researched ad-copies, email automation, and sequences
5) Increase brand awareness, increase followers, increase likes, increase leads and ultimately to deliver sales for the business using all Social Media channels.
6) Research and analyze social media trends and improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
7) Report regularly on performance and engagement across multiple social media ad campaigns.
8) Collaborate with Content & Design team and develop creative ads
9) Create Social Media Report using Google Analytics or any other tools.
10) Familiarity in nurturing prospects into leads by creating message sequences
Requirement(s) :
1. Experience Required : Minimum of 2 Years
2. Sound knowledge of all the different social networking platforms.
3. Highly creative, team player, results-oriented, and has an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
4. Great Communication Skills.
