Social Media Head - Advertising Agency (4-7 yrs)
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and handle social media team
- Ensure the growth of the team
- Ensure overall campaign and account planning for clients in terms of ideation, communication planning, media planning and creatives
- Ensure seamless collaboration for projects that involve external teams, stakeholders or vendors
- Strategize for client pitches to ensure continuous business growth and bigger clients for the company
- Represent the brand for all important client meetings across pitches and key work presentations
- Effectively manage and look for all social media accounts handled by team and implement social media solutions for allocated clients
- Respond and react to changes within social networks, changes in functionality, methods of engagement etc.
- Ensure proper interaction with clients for a professional social media management experience
- Ensure smooth coordination internally with the Social media team, design team and copy team
- Ensure all activity supports wider online objectives including best practice back link building, keyword utilisation etc
- Ensure zero attrition among all social media accounts
- Present a very professional image to all clients, in line with the core values of the company
- Stay aware of all trends and current affairs to propose viral ideas to the company and clients
Requirement:
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Qualification: Degree/Course for Digital Design Agency
Note: Candidates from Design/Advertising Agencies are preferred
