Social Media Expert - IT (2-4 yrs)
Your key task lists :
- Craft our social media strategy which will include building month on month content calendar, execution and deployment
- Evolve and optimize the look & feel and tone of voice of our social media channels to fit our brand positioning and narrative
- Translate current social media trends into content for all of our social channels Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, short format video platforms etc.
- You grow the awareness for our platforms and drive engagement for our brand by using influencers, partnerships and executing UGC driven campaigns
- Set the right goals and messaging for our social channels and campaigns, define and measure KPIs, report and optimize on them
- Keep an eye on new and rising social media channels, analyze the brand fit and run first tests
- Lead our social media team to further develop, plan and coordinate social media activities, including community management and customer support
- Amplify campaigns into our social media presence
- Plan, manage and execute within project budgets, manage contracts and POs continually pushing creative benchmarks and promoting new ideas in the team.
- Lead overall social media content marketing strategy for the brand including marketing approach, target audience, positioning, and building, development, execution of our marketing campaigns lead brand association campaigns on social media channels - insight building, ideation, execution
- CRM - You work closely with CRM team and make sure that the brand tonality and language is maintained across channels while responding to community member comments
- Work together with Brand, B2B and Performance marketing as well as other departments and partners if and when required
- Social media analytics - Measuring and tracking impact of all social campaigns across platforms along with hands on experience of analytical and listening tools
