Job description
- To assist the Head of Content and Social Media in managing all the social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google +, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- To conceptualize and create eye-catching images for Social Media posts.
- To implement creative marketing strategies outlined in the marketing and communications plan.
- To implement community planning.
- Responsible for creating weekly reports, collecting insights from various channels.
- Responsible for managing the calendars and updating them regularly.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Social Media channels.
- Responsible for cross-functional communications.
- Work on creative strategies for community creation, engagement + management.
- Work on any/all content for SM. This includes campaign creation and promotion.
- Manage any/all responsibilities involved in communications with third-party associates to ensure timelines are met.
- Work closely with the blog team.
- Curating high-quality images and posts to obtain engagement.
- Familiarity with Facebook adverts and metrics.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing would be an added advantage.
- Responsible for being the face of the brand.
Requirements
- Graduate with a B.A degree or a higher degree in Marketing.
- At least 2 years experience with a proven track record in Social Media Marketing or Creative Marketing.
- Community management experience would be priceless.
- Enthusiastic growth-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills to work with other teams.
- Result-oriented and customer-service-oriented mindset. A creative thinker.
- Excellent command of English grammar, business language and communication skills.
- Knowledge in creating GIFS, basic design skills, MS office/excel and Keynote would be an advantage.
- Photoshop skills would be an advantage.
