Social Media Content Writer - IT (5-7 yrs)
Essential/Requirement :
- 5-7 years experience in the B2B social media relations.
- Digital or social media agency expertise desired and in-house ideal.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global and regional level.
- Outstanding written and oral communications.
- Strong digital media execution skills.
- Experience in managing internal support networks.
- Experience in working with a global brand.
- MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, basic Excel.
- Experience of working in Big 4 or any other consulting firms will be given preference.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Work closely with GDS Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) to conceptualize the future social media road map for GDS.
- Develop and execute a forward-looking social media strategy/plan with a focus on growing and activating relevant social communities.
- Play an active role on the team, suggesting creative ideas and components for programs and initiatives.
- Work with the Global Social Media team to understand best practices and align GDS plans to global policies and plans.
- Work with the Global Social Media teams to analyze stats and measurement of all programs, via Sysomos, Sprinklr or other tools.
- Enable social media engagement and community management : monitoring/listening across corporate social channels, initiating and actively responding to conversations or comments using Co. social media guidelines.
- Should be able to work with minimal guidance.
- Should have good experience of working in US/ Global English.
- Should be able to produce excellent and engaging social media content under pressure.
- Provide support for both paid and organic campaigns across social.
- Create and manage social media dashboards in line with business needs and global KPIs.
