Social Media Content Manager - IT (6-8 yrs)

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Social Media Content Manager. You will provide a crucial role that helps evangelize what our client does on a regular basis within the marketplace via its services to customers/ prospects/candidates and others. You will directly be supporting the marketing team in this effort, working alongside SEO, SEM, Digital Design & Digital development team members. Our organization is continuously telling the story of our new brand identity, and the types of new services we provide to customers on a bespoke basis. It will be your responsibility to work with leadership to translate our major company activities into a cohesive editorial calendar that holistically reflects us within all spectrums of social media and publishing. This role would directly report into our Head of Digital Marketing
Responsibilities
- Automate the workflow of managing a global presence from a social media perspective
- Work to coordinate social media and earned outreach campaigns
- Communicate with company leadership to learn about the latest advances in the organization and manage the timed release of that information
- Maintain a global marketing editorial calendar across EU, NA & Asia presences
- Perform technology/trends research to provide accurate and compelling updates that will be presented to a technically-astute audience
- Form strategies to help provide solutions and create visually engaging digital collateral for social campaigns
Requirements
- Expertise in developing cohesive social media campaigns through an integrated platform such as HootSuite or Sprout Social. Our preferred platform is Hubspot and is the one our entire organization uses but are open to evaluating a dedicated Social posting platform
- Strong understanding of the social platforms that drive an integrated outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) as well as publisher specific capabilities such as audience optimization, re-targeting & posting personalization
- Understanding of the latest terms and terminologies within the digital / consulting space
- You EAT, BREATH, & LIVE technology and all things digital
- You are flexible and self-motivated. You can hit the ground running
- You are an excellent communicator - you are perceptive and can read between the lines
- Amazing Powerpoint & strong graphic design skills in a platform such as Adobe or Sketch for digital campaign content development
