Social Media & Content Manager - Fashion (4-7 yrs)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media and Content Manager to oversee and execute our brand's social media strategy and content creation. This role involves managing multiple platforms, crafting engaging content, and driving online engagement to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop & execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's vision and marketing goals.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize content performance.
2. Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including posts, stories, videos, and blogs, that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the design and photography teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
3. Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with followers across all platforms, fostering a strong online community.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's reach and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite) to measure and optimize performance.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
