Social Media/Campaign Management Role - Online/Internet (3-8 yrs)
- Responsibility of handling social media properties on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Trover, Tumblr, Vimeo, Snapchat and any other networks
- Duties include online advocacy, community-outreach efforts, blogger programmes, influencer activations on a regular basis for organisation and its sub-brands
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and leverage the same for organisation
- Managing consumer queries and complaints on social media on a daily basis. Liaising with the agencies and the internal departments for a quick turn-around in resolving complaints
- Maintaining healthy ratings for organisation across consumer platforms and working towards increasing the ratings
- Managing leads from social media. Coordinating with internal teams to track conversions, optimise media campaigns, concepts and creatives to ensure smoother conversion from a lead to a booking
- Work with the Product development team to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, Sharing buttons) are kept up to date
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Work with internal design and content teams for executing campaigns for ORGANISATION, sub brands
