It is a completely Work from Office (WFO) Role and the client is looking for candidates specifically from the Western Mumbai part ONLY. Candidates outside of Mumbai or relocation cases will not be considered for this Role.

Role Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Advertising Specialist to lead the creation, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful paid campaigns, driving lead generation, and enhancing brand visibility in the B2B manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn tailored to Mentco's objectives.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to ensure targeted and efficient campaigns.

- Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the marketing team.

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance.

- Adjust campaign parameters based on data-driven insights to achieve desired outcomes.

3. Budget Management:

- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

- Provide detailed monthly reports on budget utilization and campaign performance.

4. Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors if needed for campaign execution.

5. Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in social media advertising.

- Analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and gaps.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, preferably in the B2B sector.

- Certification in Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Marketing is a plus.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization strategies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
